Don't forget to taste this if you visit Isabela!  Binalay is originated from Ilagan Isabela Philippines.  Binalay is a kakanin it is made out of ground galapong and steamed in banana leaves it is served with caramel sauce it is made out of puntasa and latik It is typically made during the Lenten season especially Holy week. In my experience if you visit the province of Isabela you should try binalay.
